Martin has over eighteen years of experience in corporate banking and financial intermediation, having previously held senior roles at regional and international financial institutions. He oversees all client engagements at AUDIT-LD and leads the structuring of complex financing mandates, bringing deep knowledge of credit analysis and lender relations to every transaction.

Head of Financial Analysis
Elena specialises in financial statement analysis, credit profiling, and the preparation of financing documentation for institutional audiences. Jakub brings expertise in structuring financing solutions for holding companies, investment vehicles, and cross-border transactions. He has coordinated financing mandates across multiple jurisdictions and has specific experience with real estate acquisition finance and corporate refinancing. He works primarily with the firm's Corporate plan clients.
